Room Booking Requests – Meetings and Research Activities
Rooms in the Redmond Barry Building must be booked by postgraduate students for meetings and research-related activities using the webform below. Rooms may be booked for up to four weeks in a single request.
*Please note the 10th floor computer labs may not be booked as this is a critical graduate student resource. Room 6.17 may be booked for research purposes only.
Please complete all fields in the webform for all room booking requests, including centrally timetabled and locally managed rooms. Please include the room number if you have a preference or room requirements if room number is unknown. For information on centrally timetabled venues available throughout the university, please go to http://www.services.unimelb.edu.au/venuehire/general/rooms/index.html.
Two weeks’ notice is required for all room bookings to be processed. Once processed, you will be advised of your booking via email. Requests not received via the webform will not be processed.
