Dr Simon Gaymer

Dr Simon Gaymer completed his DPsych (Org) at the University of Melbourne in 2001 with a thesis investigating how different leadership styles affected outcomes in sporting teams. He then joined Roberts Research Group ( Roberts ) - a medium-sized, services marketing research company specialising in both consumer and business research through its two brands, forethought and Business dialogue - as a consultant. In his time at Roberts, Simon facilitated a large number of focus groups, conducted many one-to-one executive interviews and was involved in managing large scale quantitative projects predominantly in the telecommunications, healthcare and logistics markets. In 2005 Simon took over as General Manager and then Managing Director of the Business dialogue division, before leaving Roberts in 2006. He then joined KPMG's Business Performance Services division where he currently works as a Manager involved in large scale Change Management and Managerial Coaching projects.
