Sophie completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications at The University of Melbourne.  Her doctoral thesis examined the factorial validity of Emotional Intelligence.

Sophie is responsible for the co-ordination of placements in the postgraduate professional training program in Organisational Psychology.
