The University of Melbourne Psychology Clinic - Fees

Fees for the University of Melbourne Psychology Clinic

Unfortunately we need to charge some fees for our services to cover some of the costs of running the Clinic. Every effort is made to keep these fees to a minimum.

Our psychological assessment and counselling services costs $25 per session.

Attendance at each session of the Healthy Eating/Healthy Living programme costs $25.

Assessment of intelligence- Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS)- $140

Assessment of memory- Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS)- $70

Personality assessment- Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI)- $140

Please note that services offered at the Psychology Clinic cannot be claimed on Medicare or from Private Health Insurance companies. However we are happy to see patients who do not meet diagnostic criteria for a mental illness and are therefore ineligible to claim any fees for psychological treatment via Medicare and cannot afford to pay full fees for such treatment. We can also provide treatment for more than the 12 sessions that is available through Medicare.
